Garantiqa Tender Guarantee -a guarantee offered by a guarantee organisation- is a service available for all small- and medium-sized enterprises applying for European Union subsidies exceeding a total of 10 million HUF and obliged to provide collateral. This new service may be requested for the investment, development subsidy announced in the frame of the New Hungary Development Plan and any of the Operational Programs of the New Hungary Rural Development Plan, and in the frame of the I. National Development Plan Economical Competitiveness Operational Program.

The name change of Hitelgarancia Zrt. visualises the strategy and dynamic growth of the past three years. This has been approved by the owners at friday's general assembly. The company has consistently been appearing with its products on the market with the name Garantiqa, and that name has now been taken up by the organisation as well. The company reacts to the increasing market competition by expanding its product portfolio and exploring new possibilities.

Garantiqa Hitelgarancia Zrt. recently published an advertisement announcing that the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority issued a certificate, which means that the company’s risk management practice fully complies with the risk management performed by the banks. We have asked György Radnai, Managing Director about the meaning and significance of the certificate.

Dr. László Sík was invited to manage the Strategic Directorate, Product Development Directorate and the Sales and Marketing Directorate of Garantiqa Hitelgarancia Zrt. from 1st February 2008.
