  • We have given a short introduction about your professional history, but could you tell us that according to your experience, which part will be the one, which will help you the most during your new assignment?
  • I believe it is very difficult and not very useful to split and evaluate separately the experience we have collected during our personal and work life. During my previous assignments I have worked for several organisations operating at various areas, representing various values and I have been supported by several co-workers of mine during the delivery of my tasks.
  • What ideas and plans have you had when you arrived to Garantiqa Hitelgarancia Zrt.?
  • According to my opinion Garantiqa Hitelgarancia Zrt. is a successful and dynamically improving company. The road, where it is going down, does not require any correction. I can identify myself with the aims of the organization. For me it is important to preserve the competitiveness of the national small- and medium-sized enterprises, and to boost the development and the participation of these companies at the internal markets of the European Union and in close relation to this I believe that we shall foster the banks undertaking lending roles by any possible, available means. It is also extremely important that our potential partners get to know the opportunities offered by us and they use them. I believe that the further market role of our company is going to result in the improvement of the performance, expansion of the available resources and other additional advantages, which will have a favourable impact on the delivery of our fundamental tasks.
  • As a leader with several years of experience, what do you think what makes a good leader? What do you think which are the most important professional and personal characteristics of a leader?
  • This a very interesting and complex question. Long studies and methodological guidelines were written about this matter. To give you a very simple answer I must say that a leader is good, if it has good co-workers. For me in a work relationship very important values are fastidiousness against ourselves, others and tasks, integrity and equal respect of the dignity of our co-workers, cooperating partners. During our work we always have to strive for solving the problems in line with the aims of the organisation. I always try to look at things with the „how is it possible” view instead of the „what cannot be solved why” way of thinking. For me it does not necessarily mean the compliance at all cost, but a view always ready for new things, and a far-sighted perspective view, which takes into consideration the correlations and counts with the short- and long term effects of the decisions made.
  • What do you do in your leisure time?
  • I like to spend my leisure time with my family and friends. I like to swim, go to the sauna, sometimes I play tennis and squash. I love reading, listening to music and play music. I enjoy eating good dishes, sometimes I even cook myself.
